What Is Maxithlon?
Maxithlon is the first and only online game in which you can manage a track and field club to fame.
You will have to manage the finances of your club and train your athletes as efficiently as possible to allow them to reach their highest regional, national and international goals. You will have to take into account their physical limitations and plan the season to best prepare your athletes to compete at their maximum potential.
You won't play against teams managed by a computer, but will be able to challenge other managers like you, competing to win seasonal Championships or improve your position in the National League series. This game is never-ending: every 10 weeks a new season begins.
GB Athlete of the Week
Alexander Bullen (Hacksaws)
Alexander Bullen signed off the league season in perfect fashion, winning the Golden League men’s 5000m for Hacksaws in a personal-best 14:33.19.
The 28-year-old joined Hacksaws from UDArtuxu in December 2025 and has since established himself as a regular over 5000m, with occasional appearances in the marathon.
His progress has been steady. Bullen won both the 5000m and marathon at the South London Regional Championships earlier this season, before finishing seventh over 5000m and eighth in the marathon at the British National Championships.
Saturday’s run was his second successive Golden League 5000m victory, following a 14:49.25 win the previous week, and took him below the 14:36.41 personal best he had set in April.
It was a fitting finish to the campaign and a performance that confirmed Bullen’s strongest 5000m form has arrived at the very end of the season.
