Preparing for a new season
The end of a season in Maxithlon brings important changes. This page is designed to keep all players informed about the precise timing and nature of these transitions. Our goal is for every player to understand what happens and when, fostering a clear and reassuring experience for everyone.
Key events and dates
During the end-of-season changeover, several crucial events occur that impact all players. These include the awarding of National League prize money, promotion and relegation. We aim to provide all the necessary details so you can prepare effectively and make the most of the new season ahead.

| Week 10 Thursday | Last training of the season based on event participation over the past 7 days |
| Thursday/Friday | Final Youth League meetings of the season |
| Week 10 Friday | Promotiona and Relegations in the National Leagues |
| National League prize money paid out. (The seasons final scores will not be visable until the Sunday). | |
| Week 10 Sunday | Start of the new season. |
| Athletes and coaches age, athletes aged 18 will auto promote to the main team. | |
| The wages of athletes and coaches will be adjusted based on their MAXID. | |
| The number of official places per region is calculated. | |
| Selections of stadiums for Official Competitions is determined. | |
| Athletes favourite discipline is determined. | |
| Relegation and Promotion from the Youth League is finalised. | |
| It is possible to calculate when you will host your League Meeting. (see Host Week) | |
| Week 1 Late Monday/Tuesday | You can produce youth athletes again. |
| Week 1 Thursday | Only training for athletes in the Youth Team or Athletes that have been sent to a training camp. |

| Week 1 Sunday | First unofficial meetings of the season |
| Week 2 Wednesday | Champions Cup and Club Regional Championships |
