Among her most notable achievements has been establishing the National Record for the Pentathlon Women High Jump with a clearance of 1.40 metres in Season 104, while subsequent improvements have taken her Pentathlon best to 4,531 points and her Heptathlon best to 4,699 points.
Championship success has followed that continued improvement. Menzies has collected medals at Individual National Championships, Club National Championships, Individual Regional Championships, Club Regional Championships and the World Under-21 Championships, reflecting her ability to perform under pressure at every level of competition. Still competing for Bumble Bees AC, she continues to add to an already distinguished record while strengthening the club's combined events tradition. With each passing season she has enhanced both her performances and her reputation, making her one of the outstanding all-round athletes of her generation and an important figure in the continuing success of Bumble Bees AC.
