Pole Vault

Melissa Wood has been one of Pineapple AC's defining athletes since joining the club in Season 85, building an outstanding career through sustained success in domestic competition while also representing the club on the international stage. Her finest mark of 4.38 metres in the Pole Vault, achieved at the Individual National Championships in Season 99, established the club benchmark and became a cornerstone of an exceptional Hall of Fame career. Alongside her specialist event she also developed into a high-class High Jump competitor, producing a personal best of 1.85 metres and demonstrating remarkable versatility throughout more than two decades of competition with the club.

Championship success followed season after season, producing six Individual National Championship titles together with eighteen Individual Regional Championship victories and further gold medals at Club Regional level. She also contributed to Club National Championship success while earning numerous additional podium finishes at national level. International appearances at the Olympic Games, World Championships and continental competitions reflected the standard she consistently achieved, while victories at regional championships continued into Season 106. Combining longevity, elite performances and major championship success, Wood has established herself as one of the outstanding athletes in Pineapple AC history.

100 Metres

Daniel Liddell has been a key figure in Pineapple AC's sprint squad since arriving in Season 87, bringing consistent speed and championship quality across nearly twenty seasons with the club. His defining performance came at the World Championships in Season 101, where he recorded 11.20 seconds for 100 Metres, establishing the club record and providing the performance that secured his place among the club's Hall of Fame candidates. Throughout his time at Pineapple AC he developed into a dependable performer whose impact extended well beyond league competition through repeated appearances at regional, national and international championships.

Regional competition brought exceptional success, with sixteen Individual Regional Championship titles complemented by nineteen Club Regional Championship victories. Nationally, he collected multiple podium finishes at the Individual National Championships and added both gold and silver medals at the Club National Championships, reflecting his ability to perform when major honours were at stake. International appearances at the World Championships, Continental and World Masters Championships and the Continental Under-21 Championships further demonstrated the standard he reached during his career. Still competing in Season 106, Liddell continues to strengthen a distinguished Pineapple AC career built on speed, consistency and championship achievement.

Melissa Craig has been an important contributor to Pineapple AC since joining the club in Season 89, developing into one of its leading horizontal jumpers through sustained excellence in the Triple Jump. Her defining achievement came at the Individual National Championships in Season 103, where she produced a personal best of 11.25 metres to establish the club record and reinforce her place among the club's Hall of Fame candidates. Throughout her years at Pineapple AC she combined technical consistency with championship resilience, building a reputation as an athlete capable of delivering her best performances when major honours were on the line while also contributing regularly across league competition.

Her championship record reflects that consistency, highlighted by sixteen Individual Regional Championship titles and fifteen Club Regional Championship victories. She also collected podium finishes at the Individual National Championships and the Club National Championships, demonstrating her ability to compete successfully against the strongest opposition. Darren Shannon enjoyed a long and productive association with Pineapple AC from Season 82 until Season 102, establishing himself as one of the club's most dependable middle-distance athletes. Specialising in the 1500 Metres, he combined consistency with longevity, producing a personal best of 4:01.77 and representing the club across regional, national and international competitions. His career was defined not by a single breakthrough season but by years of reliable championship performances, helping to strengthen Pineapple AC through regular contributions at every level while building an impressive collection of honours during two decades with the club.

His championship achievements included fifteen Individual Regional Championship titles and seventeen Club Regional Championship victories, supported by podium finishes at both the Individual National Championships and the Club National Championships. Shannon also gained valuable international experience through the World Under-21 Championships and continued to compete successfully at national level throughout his final seasons with the club. His closing years at Pineapple AC remained highly competitive before his move to RaySen Academy after Season 102, bringing an end to a distinguished chapter that combined sustained excellence, major championship success and lasting service to the club over many successful seasons.

Alongside his Triple Jump success he demonstrated versatility across several jumping disciplines, recording notable personal bests in the Pole Vault, High Jump and Long Jump while providing Pineapple AC with consistent performances throughout an extended and distinguished career.

Regional championships formed the foundation of Whitbread's remarkable record, yielding eighteen Individual Regional Championship titles together with seventeen Club Regional Championship victories. He also represented the club regularly at the Individual National Championships, Club National Championships and the Continental Masters Championships, competing against high-quality opposition while contributing to Pineapple AC's continued progress. Across many successful seasons he became recognised for his reliability, technical quality and ability to deliver strong performances whenever the club required them. His retirement following Season 100 brought to a close a memorable career built upon dedication, longevity and championship success, leaving an enduring legacy among Pineapple AC's most accomplished field athletes.

Hammer Throw

Kelsey Hinshelwood was a dedicated servant of Pineapple AC from the club's early seasons through to the end of her competitive career in Season 101, establishing herself as one of its finest throwing specialists. Her defining achievement came at the Individual National Championships in Season 95, where she produced a Hammer Throw of 49.01 metres to set the club record and secure her place among the club's Hall of Fame candidates. Although the Hammer Throw remained her specialist discipline, she also demonstrated valuable versatility with notable performances in the Javelin Throw, Discus Throw and Shot Put, strengthening the club across multiple throwing events during a long and successful career.

Regional championships provided the platform for much of her success, producing eighteen Individual Regional Championship titles and seventeen Club Regional Championship victories. She also reached the podium at the Individual National Championships and represented Pineapple AC repeatedly at the Club National Championships, contributing consistently throughout many seasons of competition. His landmark achievement came at the Individual National Championships in Season 101, where he amassed 4,149 points in the Pentathlon Men to establish the club record and secure his Hall of Fame credentials. Beyond that headline performance, Barron displayed impressive all-round ability across the combined events, producing notable performances in disciplines including the discus, javelin, high jump and shot put while consistently representing the club at every level of competition.

Regional championship success became the hallmark of his career, earning eighteen Individual Regional Championship titles together with sixteen Club Regional Championship victories. He also claimed a podium finish at the Club National Championships and remained a regular competitor at the Individual National Championships, where he repeatedly challenged strong national opposition. Alongside his specialist event he also demonstrated impressive endurance across longer distances, producing notable performances in the 10000 Metres and Marathon while contributing regularly to the club's success in league and championship competition over many successful seasons.

His championship record reflects both quality and consistency, with twelve Individual Regional Championship titles and eleven Club Regional Championship victories forming the foundation of an outstanding medal collection. He also claimed podium finishes at the Individual National Championships and captured a Club National Championship gold medal, demonstrating his ability to perform under the pressure of major finals. International appearances at the World Championships together with World and Continental Under-21 Championships further underlined the level he achieved. Still competing in Season 106, Fenn continues to strengthen an already distinguished Pineapple AC career built on endurance, championship success and dependable performances at the highest level.

Josh Steel dedicated his entire competitive career to Pineapple AC from Season 80 until its conclusion in Season 101, becoming one of the club's most accomplished sprint hurdlers.
