Stuart Slater has been a cornerstone of Catalytical AC since the club's foundation in Season 84, establishing himself as one of its greatest endurance athletes through sustained excellence in the Marathon. His career has combined longevity with remarkable consistency, producing major success at regional and national level while also earning selection for the Olympic Games, World Championships, Continental Championships, World Under-21 Championships, Continental Under-21 Championships, Continental Junior Championships and, most recently, the World Masters Championships. A defining achievement came in Season 99 when he established the club Marathon record with a superb 2:07:46.23, reinforcing his standing among the club's finest distance runners.

Championship success has followed throughout his career, with victories at the Individual National Championships, Individual Regional Championships and Club Regional Championships reflecting his ability to perform when titles were at stake. His marathon personal best of 2:07:46.23 remains the outstanding performance of a career also supported by strong marks over 5000 and 10000 metres, demonstrating impressive endurance across multiple distances. George Millar has established himself as one of Catalytical AC's most accomplished combined events athletes since joining the club in Season 87, building an outstanding career through exceptional versatility and sustained championship success. His achievements have been founded upon excellence in the Decathlon, where he earned six Individual National Championship titles while also collecting honours at Club National, Club Regional and Individual Regional Championships. International competition has formed a significant part of his career, with appearances at the Olympic Games, World Championships and Continental Championships, alongside medal-winning performances at both the World Under-21 and Continental Under-21 Championships. His development has also been marked by national record performances in the Decathlon 100 Metres and 110 Metres Hurdles, while several combined-event record achievements further demonstrated his all-round athletic quality.

Millar produced a superb Decathlon personal best of 9,499 points at the Individual National Championships in Season 103, supported by outstanding performances across every discipline that have made him one of the club's defining all-round athletes. Appearances at the Olympic Games, World Championships and Continental Championships highlighted his ability to compete against elite opposition, while a defining achievement came through a series of national record performances in the 20Km Race Walk, culminating in a superb 1:35:51.41 during Season 103.

A defining milestone arrived in Season 95 when he established the club 10000 Metres record with an outstanding 32:22.24 at the Individual National Championships, securing one of the landmark achievements of Catalytical AC's distance-running history.

His championship record has been built upon persistence as much as outright speed, with numerous national medals reinforcing his reputation as a dependable performer whenever major honours were contested. Strong personal bests of 15:24.99 for 5000 Metres and 2:36:22.78 in the Marathon demonstrated his versatility across endurance events while complementing his specialist success over 10000 Metres. Kara Goodwillie enjoyed an outstanding career with Catalytical AC from the club's foundation in Season 84 until the conclusion of her competitive career in Season 106, establishing herself as one of the club's finest combined events athletes. A defining milestone came in Season 95 when Goodwillie established the club Heptathlon record with an excellent 6,246-point performance at the Individual National Championships. She also produced outstanding combined-event performances across the Heptathlon and Pentathlon, with personal bests that demonstrated her versatility and technical ability throughout her career. Her personal best of 18.01 metres in the Shot Put, achieved during Season 100, underlines the quality that has carried her to sustained success, while further strong performances in the Discus Throw and Hammer Throw have demonstrated her versatility within the throwing events. Throughout her career she has remained a reliable points scorer and a regular presence in major domestic competitions. A significant milestone arrived in Season 99 when he established the club record for the 3000 Metres Steeplechase with an outstanding performance of 12:01.75, adding a lasting achievement to his impressive career.

Since retiring from athletics, Mulgrew bought a disused village bakehouse and now spends Saturday mornings teaching traditional bread making.
